DIETRICH, Idaho (AP) -- A teen who prosecutors say was sexually assaulted in an Idaho high school locker room described the ordeal during a court preliminary hearing on Friday.
The Times-News newspaper reports that the teen told the judge that one of his football teammates lured him into a hug and then signaled for two other players to attack him. Prosecutors say the teen was sexually assaulted with a clothes hanger in the Oct. 22 attack at Dietrich High School in southern Idaho.
Three football players have been charged in connection with the attack -- an 18-year-old and 17-year-old are both charged with felonies in adult court and a third player is charged as a juvenile. All records in the juvenile's case have been sealed.
The Associated Press typically does not name victims of sexual assaults or juveniles who have been charged with crimes.
