Chili is a special ingredient in one loaded omelette at Rockies Diner.
Restaurant manager Dan Gibson says the 50s style diner uses three eggs in the giant breakfast meal, and chili, cheese, mushrooms, bacon and peppers fill it up.
Gibson cooked the chili omelette on Good Morning Idaho in honor of National Chili Day.
