BOISE, Idaho — ACHD calls "ETRAKiT" a "state-of-the-art" online tool. On their website they add that customers are able to do a variety of things from paying a permit online, request inspections, report issues, monitor results, check the status of a project or pay fees.

While this program mostly benefits contractors and applicants looking to aquire a permit, this readily available tool is open to anyone, "the public can use it. If you are driving around and you see a project or you hear of a project in your neighborhood you can look that up on here... and if you have a keyword you can search you can see the status of it." Natalie Shaver, Public Information Specialist at ACHD.

Users are able to access ETRAKiT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more, click here.
