Truck owner says evidence hold after Meridian road rage shooting has forced him to stop working

A Meridian Navy veteran says the truck he loaned to a former employee is still being held as evidence six weeks after a deadly road rage shooting. The man says the delay has forced him to shut down his contracting business while he undergoes cancer treatment.
