Alexander Huddleston joined Idaho News 6 in July 2023 after graduating from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communications, at Washington State University. Alexander is a multimedia journalist covering stories across the Treasure Valley with a focus on the Star, Eagle, and Northern Meridian neighborhoods.
Alexander has been broadcasting since he was in the fifth grade. In high school, he was the Director and Anchor of his school's weekly news program, Channel 5 Titan TV News. In college, he created and directed his own sports talk show called, Coug on the Clock for the student-run TV club Cable 8 Productions.
Alexander is very much into sports; his favorite sports are football and hockey. He takes pride in putting his own creative fun twist in all of his stories. If you see Alex around town, do not be afraid to stop and say hello. He loves meeting new people!
