CALDWELL, Idaho — The Caldwell Police Department is seeking additional victims after arresting 29-year-old Stephen Chapman-Prieto for allegedly exposing himself to children in Walmart stores in Caldwell and Nampa.
Police say Stephen Chapman-Prieto was arrested last week.
