PAYETTE COUNTY, Idaho — An Idaho Department of Corrections crew of seven inmates and an officer were cleaning up a portion of I-84 when their van and trailer were hit by another vehicle Tuesday.
Those inmates and the officer with them reported no major injuries according to IDOC.
The condition of the people in the other vehicles involved is still unknown.

LifeFlight was on scene, along with other emergency responders.
Idaho State Police is investigating the incident.
