EMMETT, Idaho — Caleb Hall, organizer of an annual food drive in Emmett, is the November recipient of the Shine a Light award.
The food drives that Hall has organized have brought in more than 16,000 pounds of canned goods.
Unlike many food drives, which are centered around the holidays, Hall's food drive runs year-round — canned goods can always be donated at Farmers Insurance in Emmett.
