BOISE, Idaho — The need for this year's Toys for Tots campaign is greater than ever. Last year, local Marines distributed Christmas gifts to more than 11,000 Treasure Valley children, but this year, they expect to need gifts for up to 15,000 kids of all ages.
To get the campaign off to a good start, our community partners at Albertsons made a massive donation Wednesday night, gifting the Marines seven pallets of toys and a check for $5,000.

You can easily help make Christmas brighter for local kids in need by purchasing a new toy and dropping it off in a Toys for Tots bin before December 16th.
This year, you can also easily donate online from the comfort of your own couch here.
