BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- An Ada County mother faces three charges of felony injury to a child after she was accused of driving drunk and leaving her three children at home.
The Idaho Statesman reported that Tabitha See, of Kuna, was booked into the Ada County jail without bond Wednesday. She is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
Kuna police say See's children, who are all under the age of 10, were in imminent danger. The kids have been placed in the custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
The crime of felony injury to child is punishable by up to 10 years in prison for each charge.
