EAGLE, Idaho — UPDATE: Rick has been found safe! He had made his way to Caldwell, and was found in the lobby of the Caldwell Police Department this morning.
Police are looking into how that happened.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office is searching for Rick Allen Foster, a 65 year old man that has the cognitive function of a 10 year old.
Police say Foster left his home on Artesian Rd. without a coat at 8 p.m. Saturday.
The sheriff's office is asking that anyone who sees Foster to give them a call at 208-377-6790.
