Harrison Boulevard in Boise’s North End will once again come alive Tuesday night as thousands of children go trick-or-treating …welcomed by the traditional lavish front-yard Halloween decorations at just about every house.  So we sent On Your Side photojournalist A.J. Howard up and down the iconic street to capture all the spookiness of the ghosts and goblins and graves that will await the children.
