Arizona company says it will bring 1,000 new jobs to Meridian

MERIDIAN, Idaho — Meridian Mayor Robert Simison and the Boise Valley Economic Partnership announced Monday that Valor Global has acquired Pro Service Boise -– and will be expanding its technical, operations, and customer experience center in Meridian.

Officials of the Arizona-based company, which provides outsourced customer care services and solutions to some of the world’s leading brands, say the company plans on creating 1,000 new jobs and investing over $5 million in the Meridian area over the next five years.

Clark Krause of the Boise Valley Economic Partnership said, “Valor Global is an important addition to our growing technology and customer care sector, creating an estimated economic impact of more than $10 million in the first year alone. The company will generate more than $50 million in new payroll over the next five years, giving an important boost to small businesses, restaurants, housing and other amenities in downtown and beyond.”

“The City of Meridian is pleased with Valor’s expansion into our community and the region. We look forward to working with them as they grow and assume the high caliber customer support services established by Pro Service Boise,” Simison said.

The acquisition allows the company to continue servicing customers globally from multiple locations in Idaho, Arizona, Philippines and Costa Rica.
