An eastern Idaho man is facing a charge of misdemeanor injury to a child after police say he was in a bar while the 4-year-old girl he was supposed to be babysitting was found wandering in a parking lot.
KIFI-TV reports police on Saturday arrested 27-year-old Robert Curtis Faulkner.
Police say witnesses reported seeing the child in the parking lot and that a man came out of the bar and put the child back into the vehicle -- then returned to the bar.
Police made contact with the child and called the child's mother, who said Faulkner was babysitting the girl
Police then contacted Faulkner and took him into custody.
