Boise Fire crews responding to 100+ acre grass fire near Highway 21

BOISE, Idaho — Boise Fire Department crews are responding to a fire near Highway 21.

Boise Fire says the grass fire is burning near Warm Springs Ave. and Pet Haven Lane. Officials say the fire broke out around 3:15 Tuesday afternoon and has burned approximately 100+ acres near Teresa Dr. and Eastwood.

Officials say no structures are threatened at this time. The cause of the fire has not yet been released.

The Idaho Bureau of Land Management says the active fire progress has stopped at this time.
