BOISE, Idaho — Verizon says Boise will join a growing list of cities with 5G service.
The company said its 5G Ultra Service is now live in downtown Boise, the West End and the North End. Along with Boise, the 5G service went live in parts of Panama City, Florida, and New York City, which brings the total number of cities with the new service to 13.
Verizon says the service will bring faster download speeds and higher capacity on the network.
