Boise Police are investigating an aggravated battery that happened last month in the parking lot of a business on the 300 block of N. Milwaukee St.
Police say on February 7, just before 7:00 p.m., a man approached two victims in the parking lot and threw beer on them. Police say he threatened one of them, puched him in the face, then ran away.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the victims did not know the suspect. He is described as a light-skinned man with short, dark hair. Police say he's about 5'9" tall and was wearing a blue "Dodgers" jacket.
