BOISE — Boise Police announced on Monday the arrest of Thomas Rowley, 22, of Boise on a charge of first degree felony murder and felony injury to a child.
According to a release from Boise Police Department, police were dispatched on Sunday to a local hospital after the report of an injury to a child. Rowley is suspected of injuring the infant in his care. He was originally arrested for felony injury to a child but the infant died later in the night, adding the murder charge.
