Boise Police detectives are asking for information about a cap worn during a recent bank robbery.
Detectives are investigating a bank robbery that took place Saturday.
The robbery happened around 1:30 p.m. in the 7100 block of State Street in Boise. The suspect is described as a white man, about six feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds, and wore a navy blue shirt, jeans, and a white cap –- similar to the one pictured.
By watching bank surveillance video, detectives have determined the cap worn by the suspect is a Denver Nuggets NBA basketball team cap. “Police are interested in speaking with anyone who may have seen the cap before the robbery -- or who are aware of any such hat being sold in recent weeks,” said a BPD news release.
