A Boise man has been charged with aggravated battery after stabbing a victim multiple times, according to the Boise Police Department.
BPD officers responded to a stabbing report at a home near South Phillippi Street and Grover Street at 9:04 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3rd.
Witnesses told officers that Bret D. Hollingsworth, 56, of Boise forced his way into a home and stabbed a victim that he knew multiple times.
The victim fought back and Hollingsworth was detained until police arrived.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
