BPD investigating two shots heard Sunday morning

BOISE, Idaho — Boise Police are reporting multiple instances of shots heard on Sunday morning.

Boise Police say there were called to 10th and Bannock At 2:51 a.m., for a report of a fight and a possible shot fired. Officers arrived on scene and began an investigation. They say no one was injured when they arrived at the scene.

Just eight minutes later, at 2:59 a.m., Boise Police responded to a call of shots fired near 10th and Main. Officers were on scene almost immediately, taking several people into custody. The area was searched for victims, again, no one was found injured. Officers were unable to identify a suspect, and it’s believed that that the suspect was able to flee from the area.

There is no evidence at this time that the two reported shootings are related and both remain under investigation.
