MCCALL, Idaho — Brundage Mountain is now 100 percent open, with all chairlifts in operation and all of the ski area’s terrain now open.

“Ski patrol opened the Lakeview Bowl Friday morning, and skiers and riders were greeted with three to four inches of fresh powder,” said Brundage spokesperson April Whitney.

Hidden Valley opened earlier this week, bringing all 1,920 acres of Brundage Mountain’s terrain into play.

“Conditions were really good for early season already, and this storm we’re in the middle of right now is totally buffing things out for the winter break period,” Whitney said.

Brundage Mountain has seen fifteen inches of fresh snowfall in the last eight days -- and is now under a Winter Weather Advisory, with an additional six to eight inches possible before the weekend, officials said. Snow depths range from 28 to 36 inches.

Brundage Mountain plans to run all lifts and have all of its restaurant outlets open every day from Friday, December 20th through Sunday, January 5th.

The free McCall-to-Brundage shuttle will operate every day through that same holiday period.
