The Idaho State Police say 37-year-old Bryon Milburn of Caldwell was killed after he failed to yield at a stop sign and was hit by a farm truck. Police say the fatal crash happened at Elmore Road and Southwest 1st Avenue in Payette County close to 5pm Friday evening.
Police say Milburn was driving southbound on Elmore Road in a 2011 Mercedes Benz Sprinter when he failed to stop at a stop sign. Police 23-year-old Timothy Eicher of New Plymouth was westbound on Southwest 1st Avenue in a 1998 International farm truck and collided with Milburn.
The Idaho State Police say Milburn was not wearing a seatbelt and succumbed to his injuries. Eicher was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured.
