Governor Butch Otter and First Lady Lori Otter will light Idaho’s Capitol Christmas tree Monday evening.
A local family donated the 35-foot blue spruce that now stands on the Statehouse steps. The event starts at 5:00, when the 25th Army Band performs. The tree lighting takes place at 5:30.
