Idaho State Police are investigating an accident on I-84 near Orchard exit where a car hit a pedestrian.
On September 17, 2016, around 12:38 p.m., Timothy Boerin, 26, of Nampa, was driving a 1999 GMC Jimmy when he left his lane and struck an adult male pedestrian on Interstate 84 near mile post 52, by the Orchard exit for Boise.
The passenger, Brianna Boerin, 23, of Nampa, as well as the pedestrian, were transported by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
