A Boise family is trying to figure out who would think it was funny to spray paint their cat orange.
The Lindberg’s noticed that when their cat named Jack came home, he was not the color that he normally was.
The cat was coated in fluorescent orange spray paint and Danielle Lindberg believes it was no accident.
“This is horribly sad to me that somebody was intentionally harm a little creature,” she explained. “My children went off to school upset today because their little pet was harmed. I feel horrible for Jack. I also feel bad for whomever did this. It’s clearly a sign that something is not right with them”
The Idaho Humane Society told the family to report the incident with Boise P.D.
In the meantime, the family is using everything from warm water to oils to clean off the paint.
