A 4-year-old boy is in critical condition after apparently falling out of a 5th story window of an apartment building in downtown Boise.
Paramedics and Police responded to Front Street near S. Ave A around 6:15 p.m.
Boise Police said a citizen saw the child on the ground and called 911.
The boy was taken by ambulance to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Police have made contact with a parent inside the home and are currently investigating.
