MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho — A Mountain Home man is in custody on a single count of Solicitation for Murder.
Elmore County Sheriff's Detectives arrested Ricky Eugene Weaver at his home in Mountain Home around 8:00 Friday night. He was booked into the Elmore County Jail with additional charges for Battery on a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest.
He is currently being held on a million-dollar bond for the solicitation charge, and $10,000 for the battery charge.
Police have announced they will not release any details about the targeted victim's identity in order to protect their privacy.
The investigation is ongoing.
