A 43-year-old woman whose body was found in the Boise foothills earlier this year died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head, according to the Ada County Coroner.
Coroner Dotti Owens ruled the death of Ronie Parrot a homicide.
Her body was found February 13th of this year north of Boise.
An Idaho Statesman article says Parrot was raised in Kimberly, and lived in Boise nearly twenty years.
Friends say she loved working in music promotion. A local band, Rise of the Fallen, dedicated a February 25th performance to Parrot, as a fundraiser to help her family.
The homicide is currently being investigated by the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
