Nampa Fire Department crews had an apartment complex fire under control within minutes this morning. It happened on North Franklin Blvd. near the Idaho Center
Firefighters think the fire started on an apartment patio. Witnesses initially reported seeing flames and black smoke.
No injuries were immediately reported.
