Crush the Curve Idaho launched a new campaign to help Idahoans navigate COVID-19 vaccine information.

"Vaccinate the 208" launched Thursday to provide Idahoans with a location for vaccine information and resources, including common questions and answers, where to get vaccinated and more.

“Crush the Curve Idaho is uniquely positioned to help get Idahoans vaccinated,” said Tina Upson, executive director of Crush the Curve Idaho in a statement. “Unlike other organizations in the state, our only measure of success is helping Idaho ‘crush the curve’ and end this pandemic.” said

Idaho currently ranks last in the country for percentage of population receiving the vaccine, according to Crush the Curve.

The program is an approved vaccine provider in Idaho but has not yet received vaccine doses to administer, according to CTCI.

“We stand ready to help get these unused vaccines in the arms of Idahoans. Mass vaccination sites, rural clinics – wherever we are needed, we are up for the challenge,” Tommy Ahlquist, volunteer medical director and founding board member for Crush the Curve Idaho, said in a statement.
