Idaho State Police are asking for the public's help to track down the driver involved in a deadly hit and run accident this morning in Filer.
The vehicle involved may possibly be a light-colored 4-door sedan. The driver was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 30 when it struck 78-year-old Ronald Miller in front of the "Franklin United Oil". Miller died on the scene.
Highway 30 was blocked for approximately 2 1/2 hours. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police with assistance from the Twin Falls County Sheriff's office and the Filer Police Department.
