Christmas came early this year for two Caldwell Charter Schools.
Together, Elevate Academy and Mosaics Public school have been awarded more than $2 million from Idaho's Federal Charter School Grant Program.
The money will be used in a number of different ways.
"With grant funds we can buy more equipment, buy more furniture, hire more teacher, better serve the population that we're intending to serve because we're afforded those resources that allow us to do that," said Monica White, Charter Administrator at Elevate Academy.
Of the total award, Elevate Academy received a little over $1.2 million. Mosaics Public School recieved $800,000.
