NAMPA, Idaho — The Nampa Public Library invites the community to visit this Friday, November 8, and take a walk through the giant inflatable digestive system, provided by St. Luke’s! Tours occur 10:15 a.m. to noon, and 2-5 p.m.
Participants will discover the inner workings of the digestive system through this interactive inflatable. They will also learn the basics of eating a balanced meal and limiting sugary drinks to promote a lifestyle of healthy living.
This program is geared toward children, but all ages are welcome. This program is part of the Be Well Nampa initiative at the Nampa Library. For other health programs, click here.
