BOISE, Idaho — The Ohio Bobcats and the Nevada Wolf Pack faced off against each in other in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl on the blue at Albertsons Stadium.
The organizers of the Potato Bowl moved the game after the holidays for the first time and for years they've been working on the fan experience.
At the Idaho Potato Bowl fans have the opportunity to receive free french fries from Simplot and the St. Luke's Fit Zone provides a place for children to play before kickoff.
The fans told us they enjoyed coming to Idaho as many of them made the trip for an entire week.
The Ohio fans were especially blown away by the kindness shown to them by the people in Boise and they were also surprised by the weather.
"I personally thought there would be snow on the ground up to my waste," said Angie Meservy who's son plays guard for Ohio and was actually the one who pulled off a cartwheel during their last game.
