Five polling locations change in Ada County

Posted

Thousands in the Treasure Valley have already voted by mail-in or absentee ballot. According to the Ada County Elections Office, 47, 627 people voted early in person and 23, 541 voted absentee.

But thousands more are waiting to cast their vote on Election Day.

An important part of voting is knowing where to go to cast that vote.

The Ada County Elections Office says five polling locations have changed this year.

"Polling locations change from time to time, and for many voters, it has probably been four years since they've shown up to the polls," Ada County Chief Deputy Clerk Phil McGrane says. "There's a chance that their polling location has moved, so we encourage everyone to just go in and confirm [the location]."
