A former Idaho Republican Party chairman is behind bars for a felony first-degree stalking charge.
Boise Police booked lobbyist Jonathan Parker into the Ada County Jail Thursday. At last check, he was still awaiting arraignment.
If convicted, Parker could serve up to 5 years in prison and pay a $10,000 fine.
