Go Red: Yogurt Banana Split

February is American Heart Month, and Friday Feb. 5 is national "go red" day. The American Heart Association encourages women to wear red and help raise awareness for heart disease. The AHA says heart disease and strokes kill one women every 80 seconds, but a majority of those events are are preventable.

This morning, the Idaho Dairy Council's Crystal Wilson joined Spencer and Jillian on set to make a few heart-healthy recipes. We hope you enjoy them, here's a link to learn more about go red for women.
