Café de Olla is a twist on a regular cup of Joe -- one that might not be acceptable at work! The recipe was provided by Enrique and Ana Contreras from Enrique's Restaurant in Kuna.
Ingredients:
3 Cinnamon Sticks
Instant Coffee
Tequila
Instructions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add instant coffee (varies by number of people drinking)
Boil for an additional 20 minutes
Pour yourself a cup and let cool slightly
Add sugar and your favorite tequila to taste
Enjoy!
