BOISE, Idaho — Google is hosting free 'Grow with Google' workshops in Boise starting August 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the Boise Public Library. The economic opportunity initiative aims to help job seekers and small businesses learn the digital skills needed to succeed.
Attendees will be led through on-site instructional training by visiting Google teams, presenters and coaches. The workshops at the Boise Public Library are part of a national digital skills workshop tour in partnership with America's libraries. Google plans to bring the initiative to all 50 states. Three quarters of public libraries assist patrons with job applications and interviewing skills, and 90 percent offer basic digital skills training.
If you can't make it to the workshop, all the free tools and resources will be available online.
