If you're going to need some extra cash to help pay for holiday gifts this year, now is the time to start looking for a seasonal job.
The Idaho Department of Labor says retailers both brick-n-mortar and online stores are gearing up for the holiday season and need seasonal workers. Idaho ski resorts have also started posting job openings and many businesses are looking to hire now so they can get their employees trained before holiday shopping starts.
"Now is the time for them to start hiring people so that way they have enough time to train them in anticipation of the onslaught of people coming into do their Christmas shopping," explained John Russ of the Idaho Department of Labor.
