BOISE, Idaho — An early morning fire closed a section of S. Roosevelt Street between Overland and Kootenai for around two hours. When Boise Fire arrived on scene at 3:30 a.m., a shop was fully engulfed.
The fire destroyed the shop and a house next to the business received some damage. Both the shop and the home are without fire at this time. There were no injuries, however.
The cause of the fire is unknown and the investigation will continue later today. The Boise Burnout Fund is assisting the homeowner.
