BOISE, Idaho — It is no secret healthcare workers around the country have been under extreme pressure. For instance, COVID-19 has definitely change the way St. Luke's respiratory therapists are scheduling their days.
"It's been a little different. It's been brewing for the last month with talk, worries and concern," said Janeen Richins, pediatric anesthesiologist at St. Luke's. "Over the last two weeks, we've stopped our elective surgery. Every day there's something new."
St. Luke's respiratory therapists want to remind the community to continue practicing social distancing.
