BOISE, Idaho — The Ada County Elections Office says it received hundreds of requests for absentee ballot requests after the deadline of November 22 at 5 p.m. Voters whose requests were delivered to the office after the deadline will not receive an absentee vote by mail ballot ahead of the upcoming Boise mayoral runoff election on December 3.
“We are sending notification to voters who will not be receiving an absentee ballot due to the request deadline. We encourage these voters to vote at their polling place on Election Day or to take advantage of Early Voting,” said Phil McGrane, Ada County Clerk.
Early voting is available through Friday, November 29 except for Thanksgiving day. All 88 polling locations within Boise City boundaries will be open on Election Day, December 3, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Click here to find your polling location, as it may have changed.
Early voting locations and hours are:
- Boise City Hall – 150 N. Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702 (M – Fri., 8am – 5pm, except Thanksgiving Day)
- Ada County Elections – 400 Benjamin Ln, Boise, ID 83704 (M – Fri., 8am – 5 pm, except Thanksgiving Day)
