The Oregon Department of Transportation has shut down eastbound I-84 near Pendleton because of trucks blocking the road.
Crews are working to get the trucks moving. Officials have also closed down OR 204 (Tollgate Highway) between Elgin and Weston to all except local traffic because of heavy snow and extreme winter weather conditions.
No word yet when the roads will reopen.
