A former eastern Idaho woman is suing the Idaho falls doctor who delivered her, alleging he substituted his own sperm thirty eight years ago during her parents' artificial insemination.
The lawsuit claims Doctor Gerald Mortimer inseminated Sally Ashby with his own sperm, when he was supposed to use sperm from Ashby's husband or from a donor the couple had selected.
