IDAHO — We are in the last few days of the 2020 Idaho Gives campaign. The annual fundraising event helps support Idaho non-profits and because of the COVID-19 pandemic and a bigger need, this year's event is two weeks instead of just one day.
May 5 is Giving Tuesday Now-- a global day of unity in response to the need caused by the novel coronavirus. Idaho Gives is celebrating with prizes that translate to more money to support local non-profits.
Prizes include $100 gifts to five different organizations that receive a donation today. For more information, or to find your favorite non-profit to donate to, click here.
Amy Little, CEO of the Idaho Nonprofit Center, says nearly $11 million has been raised for Idaho non-profits since the Idaho Gives program began in 2013. Idaho Gives wraps up this Thursday, May 7.
