CANYON COUNTY, Idaho — Idaho State Police (ISP) is investigating a fatal crash that happened Friday morning around 1:50. The single-vehicle crash happened near the intersection of Lewis Lane and Farner Road, south of Lake Lowell.
34-year-old Odlanyer Angulo of Von Ormy, Texas was driving a 2009 Mercedes GL350 west on Lewis Lane. Angulo went through the intersection with Farner Road and lost control. The vehicle went off the south side of the road, into a field and hit a small excavator parked in the field.
Angulo died from his injuries at the scene of the crash, next of kin has been notified. The crash is still under investigation by ISP.
