Idaho State Police looking looking for endangered and missing 17-year-old girl

Idaho State Police issued an endangered missing person alert for a 17-year-old girl who is believed to be with an adult man.

ISP issued the alert for 17-year-old Billie Raen Starkey, who is believed to be with 19-year-old Matthew Jay Siepert, police said. Officials say Starkey left her Firth residence, without her medication, and is believed to be in the West Valley, Utah area.

Police describe Starkey as white 5-foot-3-inches female, 150 lbs with red hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a unk top, tie dyed sweat pants and crocs, according to police. Siepert is described as a white, 160lbs and 5-foot-11-inch male with brown hair and blue eyes.

ISP describes the vehicles as a 2014 gray Dodge Dart with Idaho plates 8BJD319.

Police ask anyone with information on Starkey's whereabouts to call Bingham County Sheriff at 208-785-1234 or 911.
