UPDATE: Ammon Bundy has been released from the Ada County Jail after posting bond Thursday morning. The Ada County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter he will not appear in court on Thursday.

ORIGINAL STORY: Ammon Bundy has been arrested for the second time in two days, according to a Tweet from Idaho State Police. Bundy is currently headed to the Ada County Jail, charged with misdemeanor trespassing and misdemeanor resisting and obstructing officers.

The incident happened in the Senate gallery at the Statehouse around 11:30 Wednesday morning. The Tweet from ISP said Bundy was served with a No Trespass Notice after his arrest on Tuesday. ISP Troopers and the Director of the Idaho Department of Administration served the notice to Bundy.

Bundy was "respectfully and repeatedly asked to leave the Idaho State Capitol Building," ISP said in the Tweet. "He refused and was uncooperative. Troopers were forced to physically remove Bundy from the Senate Gallery, take him through a stairwell, place him in a wheelchair and then into a patrol vehicle."

A second person, who was also arrested with Bundy for trespassing at the Statehouse Tuesday, was personally served the No Trespass Notice as well. ISP said he voluntarily left the property without incident.

Idaho State Police first took Bundy into custody Tuesday evening after he refused to stand from where he was sitting in the Lincoln Auditorium. Police wheeled Bundy out in the chair from the capitol and he was booked into Ada County Jail on charges of trespassing and resisting and obstructing officers.

He posted his $600 bond Tuesday night and was released. His court date has not been set as of Wednesday morning but is expected to be scheduled within the next two weeks, according to the Ada County Sheriff's Office.

Bundy was among four people who were arrested throughout the day Tuesday, according to State Police. Two others were arrested with Bundy on trespassing charges Tuesday evening. A 33-year-old Boise man was arrested and cited for trespassing and removed from the Statehouse earlier Tuesday.
